What Does “F.A.M” Stand For?

F.A.M. Stands For “frequency and movement”.

This acronym is inspired by the fact Everything around us radiates a vibration. As human beings we radiate a lot energy and vibrations naturally. The higher the vibration the stronger we feel and the more energized we feel. The lower the vibration the weaker we feel, the more tired, and drained we feel. With efficient movement practices individuals will feel stronger the more they move, which led to the Name F.a.m. (Frequency and movement) Fitness.
